I do not own Kirby. Kirby belongs to Nintendo.
That is all.
Earth.
Terra.
The Blue Planet.
The one planet in the Mily Way galaxy lucky enough to be able to sustain life.
But the life Terra sustained, was ultimately it's own downfall, for the genuine life created artificial life, and the artificial destroyed the genuine, and without the genuine, the artificial couldn't be. Without genuine life to be there and hold its hand through what it meant to be, the machines and factories and robots that populated Earth had no more purpose.
But machines weren't built to not be, they were built so that genuine life could be, and could be, easier. So the machines and the factories and the robots kept on working, not knowing that their work was for no reason, and never being able to know that their work was for no reason.
The work created smog and sludge, being ejected into the air and poured into the oceans. So much smog that it blocked out the sun and kept the world from warming, and killed any life in the air or on land. So much sludge that it killed all the fish and the sea mammals, and eventually the low temperatures killed all biological life and froze the oceans, and the only precipitation to fall from the clouds was snow and hail.
The aliens from surrounding planets never knew this hunk of ice floating through space. They didn't know because any intelligent life that did had died off, taking their knowledge with them. No alien knew how to opperate the alien machines that still "inhabbited" Earth, either. So they took to naming it "Shiver Star", because of the low climates caused any living thing to shake, and the vibrant white color of snow and hail and clouds shone bright in your eyes and hurt to stare at for too long.
The Blue Planet.
If you could even call it that anymore.
