Umbrella Scene Reveal
"Pound it!" Ladybug and Chat Noir said. They had just defeated yet another akuma. Chat Noir sighed. It was starting to rain.
"Great! My parents will kill me if I get a cold!" Ladybug exclaimed. She was already shivering. She leaned towards Chat Noir for warmth.
Luckily, they still had 4 minutes left until they transformed. Ughhh!
Chat Noir spotted a library. They'd have an umbrella for sure!
"Stay here, Milady. I'll only be a moment." Chat said when they reached the edge of the stairs leading to the library. Ladybug nodded. She shivered a bit more violently without Chat Noir's warmth.
Chat Noir went inside. He came out in less than a minute, holding an umbrella.
They had two minutes left.
"There was only one umbrella left. Here." Chat said, offering the umbrella to Ladybug. "You are my first true friend and to be honest, I'd never really had friends before I met you. It was- and still is- sort of new to me." Lightning struck and Ladybug jumped.
Ladybug took the umbrella. Then it closed on her and she struggled to open it. When she did, she peeked up meekly. Chat Noir was laughing. Then a memory hit Ladybug. The day she fell for Adrien. It was almost exactly the same as this past moment.
Then an idea came to mind. "This is so familiar! Wait! Adrien?" Ladybug exclaimed.
Chat Noir froze. How had she known? Was she going to kill him? Was she disappointed?
"Are you Adrien?" Ladybug asked. She was freaking out. Could it really be him? Really?
"Yeah?" Her asked tentatively. Ladybug gasped.
"It's true! No wonder it seemed so familiar! This has happened before!" Ladybug ranted.
"Huh? The only time I lent an umbrella to someone was when M-WAIT! Are you Marinette?" Chat Noir exclaimed.
Ladybug nodded slowly. She had KISSED Adrien before. He was her FIRST KISS?
"Adrien Agreste, my crush since the umbrella incident, is Chat Noir, who I kissed to break the spell Dark Cupid put on him. Adrien, the sweet, quiet boy is the flirty and annoying Chat Noir." Ladybug repeated this over and over again. She was in shock.
Their miraculouses started beeping angrily. Chat Noir hurried both of them into a random alley and they transformed.
He looked at Marinette and thought she was cute.
"Umm, Marinette?" he asked. "huh?" she said, snapping out the state she worked herself into. "I've also had a crush on you for a while. As Chat Noir." he admitted.
Marinette's eyes widened. Did her crush like her back?
"You like me back? You're not disappointed that the Great Ladybug is just some clumsy, normal girl?" She asked in disbelief.
"Yes and of course not! Here I thought you would be disappointed in me. A spoiled rich model who made it on your bad side on the first day we met." he said.
"Um... That would be Chloe. You-you're perfect. You're sweet, kind, loving, caring, and handsome." Marinette said.
"Well, maybe we can try that kiss again, because I don't remember that and it would be simply catastrophic if I can't remember my first kiss." Adrien said, tapping into his Chat Noir confidence.
"I guess I'll have to get used to the puns at all times, but I can live with them. I hope." Marinette said.
"Really? Just saying, I thought you hated me. You always strutted and got flustered around me." Adrien said. Marinette was blushing.
"Just kiss me already, Chatton." Marinette said.
