I hold the leaflet in my hand, and look up at the crown tower in front of me, smiling. I'd seen Cosentinos Australia's Got Talent run, and seen his show "Cosentino The Magic, The Mystery, The Madness" on Television, and I loved his imagery and tricks. I'll admit I'd always had a soft spot for the Magician- We had come from the same area. It turned out that I'd attended Glen Waverley secondary college at the same time he'd attended a private Wesley college campus nearby. Looking back all those years ago, maybe we'd seen each other in passing on the street, or competed in inter school sport teams. Back in present day, he was a famous Magician, and I was, well, me. Nothing special. I'd done some work in the modelling industry and some dancing, but I was not making enough to support myself, so I had a day job at a city "Alternative clothing store" and piercing parlour called "Off Ya Tree", and that paid the bills. Hopefully, however if I win this part, that would change -Or at least for the next ten months.
