Paige left the warehouse in a huff after her and Walter had another disagreement about Drew coming back into Ralph's life. It simply wasn't fair to let Drew weasel his way into the family that he had abandoned, he didn't deserve Ralph and he certainly didn't deserve Paige.

She was picking Ralph up from school when her phone buzzed; "Its Walter" whispered Ralph as Paige scrambled to answer it. "Paige i need you at scorpion". "Walter?" Paige shot questioning glances to her son but he wasn't paying attention, he was watching some of the other kids leaving, hand in hand with their fathers. "Yes its Walter, Who else would it be? Oh and bring Ralph" Walter hung up. A confused Paige took her son's hand and they walked to the car.

"Ralph...How did you know it was Walter?" she got in the car and put the key in the ignition before turning to face her son. "You panicked when the phone rang; you were worried you would miss the call. You worry about Walter more than everyone else. Simple elimination." Paige smiled at her son's answer and helped him with his seatbelt.

"Happy, what's the emergency?" Paige rushed into the warehouse; she had practically floored it to get from the school to scorpion as fast as she could in peak hour traffic. She was met by a snort from Happy, "197 IQ" she mumbled and pointed to the roof, and Paige practically sprinted up the stairs. "Ralph would you like to run algorithms with me?" Sylvester called out from behind his chalkboard, the boy ran over eagerly. "I wish you were that eager to spend time with me" Toby had crept up behind Happy and slung his arm over her shoulder. "Remove the arm or I'll snap it in so many places it will be irreparable" Toby laughed but removed his arm anyway, just in case.

"Walter you said there was an emergen-" Paige opened the door to the roof and stopped mid-sentence; Walter was standing at the small table adorned with candles. "What is this?" she was let out a small laugh but stopped when a look of confusion crossed Walter's face. "I didn't say there was an emergency, I said I needed you here" she looked from Walter to the candles and food and back to Walter. "Well that lead me to believe there was an emergency, I drove like a madwoman" Paige laughed and crossed the roof to stand next to him. "It wouldn't be the first time you've driven like a madwoman" Walter grinned as Paige playfully punched his shoulder. "Okay fair enough but what is all this?" she gestured to the table again. "I realise I overstepped the mark this morning and wanted to apologise, um Toby said you would need a lot more than a simple apology and suggested that a table of candles and food would be sufficient. The others agreed" Paige exploded into a fit of laughter. "I don't really understand how candles and food are helpful either" He was staring at the table in confusion and Paige was still laughing, Walter was growing impatient. What was so funny?

"Walter, your first mistake was taking Toby's advice" she continued to laugh "I believe Toby is having you on, candles on the rooftop are romantic but not necessary. A simple, 'I was wrong' would have sufficed" Paige stopped laughing when Walter realised what had happened, he looked disappointed but Paige reassured him it was just a joke and that it was funny. "Well you put so much effort into this we might as well make the most of it" she smiled when Walter took the cue and pulled out a chair for her.

That is how Walter and Paige were tricked into sharing a romantic dinner, courtesy of the rest of the cyclone.
