I was driving (well, I wasn't driving, my dad was) and this cop car went by and my dad said, "Donuts must be on sale." And so this idea sprang into existence. Sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes.

Disclaimer: I don't own Ranger's Apprentice.

"Halt!" Will yelled as he burst through the cabin door. "What's with the new Ranger car outside?"

Halt glanced up from rummaging through the cupboard where he kept the coffee. "Senior Ranger thing. I can't find the coffee!" Then he turned around, "Did you drink it all again?"

"No."

Halt stepped into the living room. "Are you lying to me?"

"No." Will said a little suspiciously.

Just then an ad came on the TV, "Come to Koffee Korner today for our free unlimited coffee and donuts!"

Will looked to Halt. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"That we should go to this Koffee Korner place and get free coffee and donuts?" Halt asked.

Will looked at him strangely. "No, that Tug needs another apple, but your idea sounds good too."

Halt rolled his eyes and hurried outside, Will at his heels. They jumped in the Ranger car and Halt pulled out of the driveway.

"This is taking too long, Halt," Will complained.

Halt grinned and turned on the sirens. "I love this car."

They raced through the streets to the Koffee Korner. They arrived and Halt and Will ran into the store. "We'd like some of those free coffee and donuts."

The cashier looked and him and said apologetically, "We're all out."

"Noooooooo!" Sadly, the Rangers had not heard the "While supplies last" part of the commercial.

Ah, a little stupid but hopefully you sort of like it. Please review.
