Beast Boy sat silently crying in Terra's former room. Crying for his fallen friend to come back. Tears dripped down his cheek. The only "true" friend he had ever had, gone. He was glad Slade was gone, but so was Terra. "If only I had been a better friend." He thought, remembering when he had said that she didn't have any friends. He heard the door open and saw Raven's shadow. "Sorry about Terra." said Raven, sitting down next to Beast Boy. "Thought you never really liked her." Beast Boy muttered looking on. He wasn't in the mood for anyone. "She did betray us, but saved us too. I know she meant a lot to you." Raven said, looking over at Beast Boy. Beast Boy just sat there. "How could she know," Beast Boy thought to himself, "I was the only one that truly knew Terra, Raven hardly knew her." Beast Boy turned into a crow and started to fly away. Raven still sat there. She still had some hatred towards Terra, betraying them, setting off her rage, but she had saved the town and destroyed Slade. Besides, at one point, they had been friends…
Beast Boy, having turned back into human form, was standing at Terra's stone feet. "If I could just have one last moment with you." He cried. BB knew Robin had said they would bring Terra back, but how long would that take? Who knew? He went up and gently kissed her stone face. At least he had finished their kiss from before.
That night Raven had a very odd dream. She was engulfed in a tornado of rocks, swirling around her, beating against her skin. Everything was a blur, no way to get out. "AZARATH, METRION, ZINTHOS!" Raven screamed over the walling sound of wind, trying to part the rocks but it was no use. She couldn't get out. After awhile the rocks started to wine down and Raven saw a figure over the rocks. It was coming closer, glowing a bright yellow (it was hard to tell because everything looked yellowish). It was Terra. She was wearing her Slade outfit, no expression on her face. "Terra!" Raven yelled out, "Get me out of here!" "Get me out first. Then I'll help you." Terra said slowly turning into her stone self. "Wait!" Raven yelled.
Raven woke up sweating. "What did that mean?" she thought to herself. She got out of bed and started down the hallway. Raven didn't know why she was drawn to Beast Boys room. Looking inside she saw him sleeping, holding a picture of him and Terra. Now she knew. "We'll bring her back Beast Boy, soon," she muttered to herself as she headed back to her room.
Beast Boy sat awake in his bed for a while. "Come back soon Terra." He whispered as he fell back asleep, a tear tinkled down his cheek.
