Please excuse the fact that I have gone on hiatus for so long! I have been going through a lot during school, and I figured I should at least write a little something to make up for my absence. This story is based off of the song Alluring Secret Black Vow sung by Rin and Len Kagamine. All rights of the characters belong to Crypton Future Media, besides my own characters. The plot belongs to both Hitoshizuku-P and a small amount of it to me, where I had to add a bit extra. Anyways, please enjoy!
Miku POV
I walked down the chapel corridor in a rush, not bothering to look back. If I did, I knew that either father or the priests would catch up to me. It wasn't supposed my responsibility to constantly survey the chapel, after all. However, father is getting old and I need to do my best to take care of him, meaning I should take responsibility of some of the chores now. After all, I am going to get married soon. I am a full-fledged woman, and I need to be more mature. I rounded the corridor with ease, going to check the courtyard last. Out of all of the places in this chapel, the courtyard was definitely the worse. It had a weird dreariness to it, despite its large amount of beauty. As I walked into the courtyard, I noticed the soft whisper of a voice that sounded female seemingly close to me. Why are people out here this late at night? All of the nuns were asleep by now, and all of the gates were locked.
As creepy as it seemed, I came closer to the voice when I noticed a girl sitting there, back close to the outside corridor. She was seemingly pretty, with blonde hair and cerulean blue eyes, which were slightly glowing in contrast to the dark backgrounds of the night sky. She was wearing all white, and had wings that were a bright white color. I stared in shock down at the girl, who was staring wide eyed at me. Instead of being rude or unappealing, knowing this could very well be a majestic being, I simply bent down with a smile and asked, "Hi! Are you lost? My name is Miku Crynpto, daughter of this church's pastor." I was trying my best to look as appealing as possible, although I was scared to death.
She looked up at me with the most pleading eyes that I have ever seen and said, "Please, take me into your hospitality! I am so sorry for wandering into your church, but I have nowhere else to go!"
I was literally breath taken by her statement. Here was what seemed to be a fallen angel, asking me assistance! I quickly regained my composure and said, "Of course you can! I could never turn somebody down who needed a place to stay. Here, follow me."
I watched as she stood up with ease and follow me back down the corridor to the guest room besides my own. I decided I would tell Father about this tomorrow. After all, she could be an angel, and I would not want to take that risk. I told her a bit about the church and how things kind of worked around here, and soon, we were talking just like best friends. I learned that her name is Rin Kagami, an angel who had fallen while on a mission. I was kind of shocked by this at first, and I knew she could tell, but she didn't mind one bit. Sooner or later, I knew I would have to leave, so I just did it before I passed out in there. I walked back to my own room besides hers and thought to myself.
What have I gotten myself into?
