They had been left here, forgotten, for years, with no one remembering them and the dust collecting on them. No one cared about what was down here, a testament to years gone by. It was a graveyard.

There had not been anyone who had willingly come down here for years, other than to add another arcade game to its dusty depths.

But then, the silence had been broken. They had not been here to add others to their dead ranks, but to take refuge. They were able to move their bodies in amazing ways, moving to rythym and sound. They had gotten rid of the dust, and provided light and laughter.

Two of them had tried one of the games, though it wasn't really a game. It was a fortune teller. They had provided what was needed to the slot in the machine and asked their question.

But Zotar had been dead too long. And while he tried to give them their answer, he could not. The twins, as they were called, were disappointed and soon left Zotar alone.

Not long after that, they left. It once again was silent and dark, and the dust piled high again.

Years later, other people came, and they began to move the games . As they went along, the games were tested to see if they still worked. The games that didn't were taken to another kind of graveyard, one called a junkyard. The ones that did were taken and attempted to be sold.

Zotar was one of the last ones left. When his cable was connected to a power source, he was at last able to provide the answer to the question the one called the twins had asked him so long ago, though they could not hear it.

"If destiny wishes it so, yes."

FIN

Just so everyone knows, this is my first published fic ever. Yay! I've never really used a fortuneteller so I had no idea how what it would say if you used it. So I just guessed.

This fic spawned out a bit of curiosity about what Zotar's answer would have been if he had been able to answer. So I wrote this. I hope you enjoyed.
