Duncan knew what he wanted, he knew what he needed, he needed that Goth who had held his heart hostage for all those years of Chris's torture he had only stayed to see her face, the pasty white face and the black hair, so soft. He arose from his chair, gently pushing Courtney off his lap,
"Where are you going." the CIT demanded, hands on her hips,
"Somewhere." was his cool reply, the CIT sat down again, clenching her fists at his vagueness.
Duncan walked into the hotel of the Playa, a light sweat breaking out on his forehead. He walked to the elevator and calmly pressed the button to Gwen's floor. He leaned against the wall and began to worry about Courtney, her reaction that he never loved her, after what she did to Harold he was worried for his own safety. Arriving at Gwen's door, number thirteen he nervously rung the doorbell,
"Coming." came the cheerful reply, as the door opened to reveal Gwen, with blond hair and pink highlights, her clothes had a complete remodel and she now wore a white tank top with pink shorts and sandals, her make-up had taken a softer turn and her natural tan skin had been revealed, as well as cotton candy pink eye shadow and rose pink lipstick,
"Ummmm," he started, shocked by the ex-goths transformation, "What happened to the whole goth thing you had going on,
"Well I decided that being weird with creepy skin colors and make-up that instead of getting the man I had always dreamed off, I got a creepy nine obsessed musician
"Did somebody say nine." Trent popped up from under Gwen's bed covers, his eyes wide and pupils dilated,
"Ok and this is why I changed my ways." she said, a big smile on her face as she threw Trent out of the door and looked at Duncan, "So what did you want,"
"I was going to ask you out but I definitely don't now, you look as ugly as hell and pink is so not your color, I think I prefer Courtney now, and she is so controlling, goodbye, Gwen." He walked off, a look of disgust on his face, what was up with that chick he thought as he sat back down on the chair, Courtney quickly getting back on his lap as they snuggled and a now almost preppy Gwen walked out, a still large grin on her face despite the events that had just passed,
"Oh well, I don't think he was that good looking anyway." she said to herself as she began to walk towards Cody, "Guess I pick boy number two." she muttered as she took a seat next to Cody.
Duncan never did regret his decision to ditch asking Gwen out, turns out she became a cheerleader and everything else he hated, the ex-gothic girl was out of his life and he didn't even mind.
