Prologue
Goldenbriar headed down to the lake; the best place anyone could find water mint! (Authors Note-(At least I HOPE you find water mint near water...)) She had to hurry up, it was starting to rain. She froze in the spot when she heard a very loud rumbling noise, louder than any monster. She looked up and let out a shriek of terror when she saw a big twoleg bird-monster thing with fire all around it, and it was heading strait towards the ShadowClan border. Realization hit her when she thought,'This must be what the prophecy was talking about-
Fire will fall from the sky
and dry the lake,
with that, the saviour will come.'
She had only received the prophecy three days ago, and had only shared it with her leader. Then, the twoleg thing crashed half-way into the lake and half-way on land, on the ShadowClan border. She let out a cry of horror at the ear splitting noise when it hit the ground, and raced back to camp to tell her leader. She spun around when she heard a tiny, high-pitched wail of fear. She let out a gasp as she realized it was a kit, and it was inside the bird-monster.
