Enjoy!

"TADASHI!"

Tadashi heard behind him as he ran into the burning building that was fire.

He know, who that was.

It was his little brother Hiro Hamada and he was doing something stupid.

He was running into a burning building.

Yes, he know what he was doing was stupid but it was in his nature to be a good person and never think about himself, that's why he was always balling his little brother out of trouble instead of letting him truly learn why he should never get involved with underground stuff, especially when he didn't have the skills to protect himself.

So, he went in after Professor Callagham, hoping that he would find the man before the fire hit a gas pipe.

Who would have thought, a second later the whole building would explode?

All he remembered was feeling like his inside where on fire before the pain suddenly stopped.

He opened his eyes and found himself hovering high in the air.

He looked down and saw people.

He looked down and saw his family.

"TADASHI!" His little brother Hiro screamed in pain.

Eh?

"Hiro?" He said, but nobody down below could hear him and he was getting higher.

No.

He got the strong feeling that if he went all the way up, he would never see his friends and family again.

"I can't go up. I have to go down" He said, and as if listening to his wish, he began to float down.

He landed on the ground and rushed to them.

"Hiro. Aunt Cass. I'm here" He said, going to hug them but when he tried to, his hands want straight through.

"What?" He said.

Than the Fire fighters arrived and saw the building in flames.

"Is everybody outside?" One of them said.

However, it didn't take a genius to see the sober look aimed at his only remaining family.

"Tadashi! Why did you stupidly go in there?" Hiro said, hugging Aunt Cass tightly while tears rolled down his eyes. "Why can't you think of your-self for once!?"

He had only seen his little brother like this when their parents died.

Than the Fireman past through him as they loaded up a hose.

That's when it finally hit him.

He was dead.

He had been killed in the explosion which explained why he could float.

When he was floating was he going to go the after-life?

Did Callagham soul reach the sky and pass on?

Something told him, if he wanted to pass on, he could but as he looked at his family.

He just couldn't do it.

So, he stayed for his family.

For Hiro.

Hiro stayed hoping that he was alive as people searched through what survived the Fire.

It was pretty much all ash.

Hiro was a Trainwreck and locked himself in his room.

Tadashi followed him, hoping that even though he couldn't touch his brother or speak to him, he could somehow feel him that he was here.

He hoped that Baymax would be able to heal some of his pain.

He went to Aunt Cass room and heard her crying but in the morning, she was the one trying to pull Hiro together.

It was because she was now the only person who could keep him from closing himself off.

It used to be him when their parents died, on the day of their funeral he forced himself to grow up so that he could be there for Hiro.

Now it was cruelly her turn to set aside her emotions for him.

And then Baymax activated and wondered off outside.

"What are you doing, Baymax? Your supposed to be with Hiro" He said, following after the Robot to a Factory.

He stood and looked at how run down it was.

This was where Baymax wanted to go?

Hiro soon showed up and said. "This is where you want to go?" before he noticed the Microbot kept on pointing to the Factory no matter what.

"It's locked" Hiro said, trying the doors.

"There is a window" Baymax said, pointed out.

They all turned to find there was in face an open window and Hiro got onto Baymax head to try and climb through.

"Wait. A minute. Why am I waiting?" Tadashi said, "I can go straight through the walls."

So, he did go straight through.

He saw how incredibly dark the factory was and continued walking until he saw a strange machine pumping out what looked like..

"Wait, are those Hiro's Microbots?" He said, taking a look closer. "Weren't, they all destroyed in the explosion?"

Hiro soon found out what he found but unfortunately whoever was making them had spotted them.

Tadashi looked nervously at the previous dead Microbots now coming to life.

"RUN!" He said.

However, both Baymax and Hiro couldn't hear him.

Damn it.

However, luckily, they saw it seconds after he did and he almost had a heart attack watching Hiro drag Baymax away while being chased by a man wearing a mask.

He seriously wished, he had coded Baymax with the ability to run instead of just walking.

Thankfully, both of them made it out alive and rightfully want to Police but Hiro had forgotten that just because he had a genius IQ doesn't mean everybody has a genius IQ.

You would think that the boy who used his smarts to get underground money would remember that.

Had he been shielding his brother too much, from what the real world actually was?

He was starting to think so, because Hiro began to Build Baymax a suit that was outside of what he designed him for, just to track down a man in a mask.

He also couldn't understand how his friends mysteriously became Hiro friends as well to the point they were risking their lives for him.

He honestly could not watch as they drove for their lives and he almost died a second time, when Hiro almost fell out of the car and Baymax saved him.

And somehow, they managed to get away and arrive at Fred house.

Even he was surprised to see the grand house and the butler addressing Fred with respect.

He just assumed, he lived in a garage like everybody else because of how he looked and spoke.

However, despite almost being killed Hiro was not done, especially when Baymax managed to record the Mask's frequency and drag his own friends into it.

They were going to become superhero's.

He was not kidding.

He made Baymax for Hiro to help him with emotional and physical needs, not to be used as a weapon and why were his friends going along with it?

Well, he could understand Fred but still!

Seriously, what was this!?

He decided to just watch, it's not like he could do anything about it anyway.

He watched them find the mask man and display how very inexperienced they were with their powers they made through science.

He had to admit, what they made was pretty cool but when did his friends go from creating inventions that aim to help people to creating inventions to destroy somebody?

And can't Hiro, just make something so that the Microbots stop working?

He did design them after all AND he still had a Microbot to pull data from.

Wouldn't this solve the problem easily?

Maybe it because he was a spectator and did not feel any true danger that he began thinking like this.

If Aunt Cass know what Hiro was up to, she would have dragged his butt home and made sure, Hiro didn't become like him.

He just wanted Hiro to go to school, make friends, stop trying to go to Jail.

But all Hiro wanted to do was hit something, make somebody else feel pain.

And nobody bothered to tell him, no.

Nobody bothered to tell him to stop.

Watching his friends, Baymax and Hiro fight that mask man was almost met with a whisper of emotions.

It was as if he didn't care anymore.

But what he did care about was seeing who he was behind the mask.

Professor Callaghan.

The man he died to save.

It was like something switched in his head, when he found out the fire was all a ruse to steal Hiro invention.

He died for nothing.

No.

He died because he was too much of a good person.

He died because he bothered to care about people.

All he wanted on that day, was for Hiro to attend school and use his smarts for something that wasn't illegal.

The moment his parents died, was the moment he stopped being selfish, everything he had done, was for Hiro.

And for what?

A bratty, know it all who should be in jail and a man who would not even blink at the fact that a student tried to save his life and ended up dying in the process?

Hold on.

Where did that thought come from!?

"Not many souls realize when I put a thought in their head"

Suddenly Tadashi was staring at what could only be a woman made of fire.

He almost tripped over his self from fright.

"W-Who are you?" He said.

Suddenly the world changed to darkness.

"A fire Spirit" She said, "I basically haunt the souls who die by fire. I originally stuck to you because you were cute. But you have a little bit of a darkness within you."

"Wait. What?' he said, "I don't have darkness within me"

"Oh, you do and what I find the most interesting is the Souls who choose to stick to a family or a person" She said, "They get to see what a family or person would be like without them. And I must say your brother...Yikes"

"He's just going through grief" He said.

"Really?" She said, tilting her head. "Then where is Aunt Cass?"

Her question stunned him.

"She's going through grief too and yet you don't see her risking her life just to get an invention back" She said, before saying. "Through my eyes, I can see your whole life and you deserved so much better than this. Weren't you around Hiro age when your parents died as well? And yet you managed to pull yourself together. So why can't Hiro?" she paused before she said. "Oh, right. Because you or your Aunt always bail him out every single time. Let's not beat around the bush, we both know that Hiro should be in jail. You need to let that boy go."

What she was saying was the truth but it was horrible.

"Family don't abandon Family" He said.

"Funny" She said, "Where was that speech when you ignored your brother plea to stay and ran into that building? You were so busy being the perfect example to Hiro. That you did not even care about your own life. I guess your brother got that from you"

And he was stunned.

"Plus, what 18-20-year-old, makes friends with a 14-year-old boy to the point they risk their lives for him?" She said. "I know that Hiro is your little brother but they only know him for day or two, that's just creepy. Can you imagine if one of them started showing unusual interest in your brother? Out of the hundreds going to that school why did you attract those people?"

And Tadashi did not want to think about it.

"Why are you talking to me about this? It's not like I can do anything about it" He said, "Nobody can see me and I can't touch anything"

"Because, what if I tell you there is a way for you to make your way back to the world of the living?" She said, surprising him. "A way for you to get a new body and walk amongst the living once more"

"Wait. I can go back?" He said.

"You can go back but it comes with a price" She said, "You'll be forever different from everybody else. Because you're dealing with me, you'll have a new 'Fiery' temper that you would have to learn to control or go wild with it. And if you reveal to anybody your true name, the universe itself would come after you and try to off you."

"Wait. What?" He said, everything sounded reasonable until the last part.

"Your dead. Do you think a soul can just easily walk amongst the living once again?" She said, "There is a massive price to pay. You can't just enter your old life like nothing happened. I've seen Souls do this and the Universe strikes them down dead the moment they say their name. It's like a homing signal that lets the Universe know that you're not supposed to be alive and 'corrects' it"

"Wait. Are you saying if I choose to go back, I can never see the people I left the behind?" he said.

"Oh, you can see them but you can never tell them it's you" She said, "You can watch over them but you can never tell them you're watching over them. Think about it. Imagine telling your brother that's its you and he is glad to have you back for a second and then a lightning strike hits you and your reduced to ash. You little brother might go insane, don't you think? Also the offer is only offered once."

What she was asking was, how badly did he want to be alive again?

To feel.

To eat.

To watch over.

All of this could be possible if he never said his name, ever again.

Could he be that selfish?

He remembered everything he had seen; all this wouldn't have happened if he was selfish when he needed to be.

Maybe it was time for him to live selfishly and listen to his own thoughts and feelings?

"I want to be alive again." He said, for the first time in years he was willing to be selfish.

She grinned and said. "Hold still" before getting uncomfortable close to him to the point he mysterious could feel her scoring heat.

Then she leapt inside of him.

He was understandably shocked, before he heard.

"To live amongst the living, you need a body. So, this might hurt"

"Wait! WHAT!?" He said.

And what happened next could only be called the Trail of Fire.

And scene!

Should I continue? Review!
