Emily was nervous. Well, she was always nervous nowadays, but still. She was nervous because it was going to be the first event as a couple ever since Damon and Emily decided to come out, and start all over again. His US tour was about to start, and so, it was time to promote it, and this was the first big event, so, Emily was scared. What if people didn't like her as Damon's girlfriend? No one knew about them before, well, it was secret from the paparazzi and fans , so, she was scared to see how Damon's fans were going to react.
After two hours getting ready, they were finally going to the press conference and well, Emily was even shaking. She still had a sprained wrist from vaulting, her wrist was still recovering, so, she was still with a brace on her wrist , and Damon was parking the car, but before they walked in the building where the event was about to take place in, Emily bite down her lip and stopped walking. "You sure you wanna do this telling your fans who the mystery girl is that inspired your music?" She asked softly.
Emily took a deep breath and tried to relax, Damon was able to actually make her feel better, and he nodded his head. "I just hope they actually like me after revealing the secret to my music inspiration ." And, a few minutes later, they were already walking in, and tons of cameras were turned to them, and trying to catch the best view, and tons of people trying to talk with them. Emily was still fragile, so she just kept a soft smile on her lips, and tried to keep her broken arm safe, while she followed Damon , to where Damon's band mates and manager were.
"They do already baby, believe me." Damon said, smiling at Emily and wrapping an arm around his girlfriend, protecting her and Emily's sprained wrist Damon didn't usually enjoy have security people around him but today the more the better. As they kept on walking, Damon looked at Emily and smiled. "I love you." She whispered, just before they entered the press room . "Hello !" Damon said, excitedly. "Look who's here my musical inspiration!" he said, not letting go of Emily .
