I walked down the deserted hallway, late to lunch. I was about to walk down the stairs when I saw Seth walk by me, ignoring me once again. I have had it!
"Hey!" I screeched.
Seth turned around. Finally, I thought.
"Caroline, you better keep it down."
"Don't you dare call me Caroline, you know everyone calls me Kendall."
"What do you want Kendall?"
"You know exacally what I want to know, why you've been ignoring me, why you missed so much school,
or why you didn't even bother returning my calls. I tought we were friends."
The heartless retch didn't even flinch.
"I don't want to be your friend."
My eyes filled up with tears, how could he say that! We've been friends for eight years now, since third grade, he couldn't bail on me now.
"I at least deserve an explanation for all of this." I whispered.
"You don't deserve anything, especially an explaination."
"The hell I do!" I screeched in Seth's face, I was angry again, the tears were gone.
Seth started shaking. What the hell? Why was he shaking? Before I could even blink, Seth picked me up and helled me over his head.
"Put me down!" I screeched.
Seth threw me down the steps with an incredible force.
Oh. My. God.
The pain increased as every step dug into various parts of my body, tearing the skin. I screamed, knowing no one could hear me, they were all in the noisy cafateria. Oww, Owww, OWWW! One of my legs banged into the railing and I herd a snap. It all hurt so much! I blood was everywere. I shut my eyes as tears endlessly squezed out of my eyes. Finally I hit the bottom step with a bang. My entire body hurt,
the pain was numbing. Blood pooled around me and I was pretty sure my leg was broken. Deep gashes covered my body. But then I remebered one thing, Seth. Seth did this to me, I wanted to know why. I was going to die, I was pretty certain of that. I was losing way too much blood. But I had to do one thing. I some how managed to drag my aching body into the hallway. The lunchroom was right across the hallway where Seth was. I made my way there, knowing I was losing energy. As soon as I flopped my way in, the entire room was silent. I ignored the silence, then I saw him.
"Seth." I managed to say in a horse voice while crawling over to him.
His eyes widdened and his mouth flopped open, he looked horrified.
I coughed up blood on Seth as my throat.
"Why?" I whispered.
I was slowly swallowed by a hole of darkness. The last thing I herd was, "I'm so sorry Caroline!"
