Arthur Kirkland always found himself stuck in the strangest problems most are because of his older brothers forcing him to follow them wherever they go.

Like the one time when the oldest brother, Scott, dragged him off to the woods where they quickly gotten separated from each other. Arthur at the age of 11 then was just enjoying the fact that for the last few minuets while roaming the woods were minuets he wasn't being tormented by his brothers. He was so preoccupied with his thoughts that he didn't notice the glowing spheres following behind his person.

The spheres kept their distance from the boy just enough to keep the boy in some type of light. For the woods was not safe in the dark that when they come out. Not that people could see them any way or so the small things within the spheres though while following the boy. 'I'll keep this one safe, it's my duty to not let them get any more kids.' one of them thought as the other one flew off.

After a few more minutes Arthur stopped next to a fallen tree, and sat on it's trunk, to take a breather. He didn't know how far in the woods he was in now and really wanted to just find his brother and go back home. It was getting late and Arthur knew it. He also knew something wasn't right about this woods it was giving him chills the longer he was in it. Yet he felt that he must keep on going.

After a few minutes he stood up, but before he started moving again he saw something. He wasn't sure what that something was but it made him take a few steps back making him trip over the tree he was just sitting on. He landed hard on his bottom, but before he could get back up he felt something getting closer and closer until he could start to make out the really fuzzy figure.

He tried to back up before he felt someone grab his arm and pull him up. Arthur screamed as whatever pulled him up wrapped it's arms around him and pulled him close. "Arthur," the voice whispered, "calm down. Let's go back home you're shaking like mad, and it's getting really late." After hearing the voice Arthur looked up. After seeing the messy red hair of his brother was the one who grabbed him he started crying onto his brothers chest. Arthur turned around a bit to look behind him. He didn't see the blurry figure anymore and let out a little happy sigh as he went to grab his brother's hand.

Both of the brothers didn't see the spheres that were near them keeping a little of their light on the boys. They didn't worry anymore though since Scott was no longer a child and the thing in the woods wouldn't bother them, but they kept near them until they reached out outskirts of the woods and back onto the path of their house. Then they smiled to themselves and gently floated back into the darkness of the woods.

That was the last time the brothers ever got Arthur to go into any type of woods for a very long time.
