Amy realizes that Sheldon's attempt in knowing not to always have closure was all false after he rants about another TV show being canceled at a cliffhanger. Amy must teach Sheldon how to not have a desperate need for closure again.
"Okay Sheldon, it looks like I need to show you why you don't need a desperate need for closure again," Amy said to Sheldon.
"Not this again," Sheldon muttered to himself.
The first activity that Amy sets up is a sixteen piece childrens puzzle of a clown. Amy asks Sheldon to complete the puzzle, and Sheldon wastes no time trying to complete the puzzle.
"There's a piece missing," said Sheldon noticing a missing piece.
"Looking for this," Amy said holding the missing puzzle piece.
The second activity was Sheldon playing the classic Super Mario World on the Super Nintendo. Just when Sheldon is about to approach the end of the level and break the tape, Amy turns the console off.
"That's enough," said Amy.
Sheldon shows an angry face as they prepared for the third activity. Amy ends up singing the alphabet to Sheldon.
"Q R S, T U V, W X, Y and, next," Amy sang before she stopped singing.
"And what," Sheldon begged.
The next activity was making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Sheldon got out a piece of bread and put peanut butter on it, and then he got out another piece of bread and put jelly on it. Amy then swipes the peanut butter bread, and eats it for herself.
"Oops, I didn't know this was yours," said Amy.
Then Amy put up a giant coloring picture of a horsey with the numbers representing colors. Sheldon only had one more part of the picture to color, and then Amy took it down, crumpled it up, and threw it in the garbage.
"Done," Amy replied.
Sheldon just had an aggravated look on his face. The scene then changed with Sheldon walking Amy to the door.
"I must say Sheldon, it took a long time to get you to completely understand, but I'm proud that this time you can accept the fact that everything doesn't need closure," Amy said.
"I must thank you Amy, and I'm sorry I went behind your back before with this experiment. It took me some time to realize that what I did was wrong, but now I'm glad to say that I have changed my ways," Sheldon told Amy.
"That's very grateful of you," Amy replied.
"Yes it is. Thank you for helping me out, thank you for realizing my heartless ways, and thank you for..," Sheldon replied as he didn't finish his sentence.
"Whatever that last thanks is for, I'm sure its a beautiful one. I'm glad you finally overcame this for good," Amy said.
Amy left the apartment, and Sheldon just took his time to watch Amy walk down the stairs. He had a heavy heart while he closed the door and then he opened his mouth.
"FALLING FOR IT A SECOND TIME," Sheldon shouted.
Sheldon got the puzzle back out, and put all sixteen pieces in to complete the clown puzzle.
"Done," Sheldon exclaimed.
He quickly put peanut butter and jelly on the two pieces of bread, and then put them together to enjoy a PBJ sandwich.
"So good, just like what mommy used to make," Sheldon said to himself.
Sheldon got another horsey picture, and filled in all of the spots with the numbers and the proper colors. He put the marker down, and clapped his hands.
"W X Y and Z! Now I know my ABCs next time won't you sing with me," Sheldon sang as he gave a bow afterwards.
Finally Sheldon was playing Super Mario World and cleared one of the levels.
"YES," Sheldon exclaimed as he raised his arms in the air.
(Course clear music plays)
Sheldon keeps his arms in the air, and slowly walks down his hallway. Then he turns around and gives a peace sign, and walks off with a circle effect to cutaway from the scene.
THE END
