E/O Challenge: Toothbrush.
A 300-word triabble by Amberdreams, Dizzo and Edina Clouds; not necessarily in that order!
Plumbing the depths
Leaning over the sink, Dean scraped a hand across the steam-fogged mirror, grinning at the face that was revealed.
"Winchester, he muttered; quirking an eyebrow in approval, "you are one handsome sonofagun; time to make you even handsomer!"
Picking up his razor, he set it to work against his stubbled jaw.
Eventually discarding his razor in favour of his toothbrush, he was completing his ablutions when he heard a clatter behind him.
Turning, he saw the toilet seat rattle and heard a menacing splash from within the U-bend. Timidly crossing the room, he peered cautiously down the toilet bowl.
"Sonofabitch!"

The trouble with the Bat Cave, Sam decided, was that it was so cavernous, noises tended to kind of bounce around in a directionless fashion. Which normally wouldn't matter, but right now, Dean was making a racket like he was dying and Sam didn't even have a clue where his brother was, let alone what trouble he'd got himself into now.
When Sam finally tracked Dean down to one of the bathrooms, he was greeted by a downright disturbing sight.
Dean was hopping around stark naked, fighting off a giant anaconda with nothing but a toothbrush.
Wait, what? An anaconda?

"A little help ... here Sammy," Dean shouted his "toothbrush" sword clearly not up to the job of killing a six foot long anaconda (quelle surprise!).
"Right ... sorry," the younger Winchester replied as he raced off in search of a better weapon.
When he came back he was wielding a medieval axe.
Just as well - because by then the slithering leviathan had wrapped its gigantic coils around Dean's body and had begun to squeeze.
Moments later the snake lay headless on the bathroom floor.
"What the hell," Dean panted.
"At least that explains the noisy pipes," Sam grinned.
