Disclaimer: I own none of the Characters,
Also, I haven't read the final books so I don't know what the ending was like, I apologise if this ending is similar to the books. Thankyou,

"So this is it?"
Bruce's voice carried loudly across the lake, his breath visible in the cold morning air. James, sat next to him on the bench, nodded slowly, his hands stuffed in his pockets, trying to keep warm.
"Damn," Bruce whispered," I mean, it's not like I don't want to go or anything, it's just. I don't know man. I've been here for years. And now? I don't know what to do, James. There's a whole world out there. "
James rolled his eyes," No shit Sherlock."
Bruce laughed, "Piss off James, you know what I mean."
The two laughed, and then settled into a thoughtful silence. From their position at the far edge of the lake, the two could see all the buildings from the Vehicle maintenance to the junior block. Bruce found himself thinking of happy memories. Like the time when he'd thrown a water balloon at Meryl Spencer by the pool complex. That one didn't end to happily though. Bruce grimaced. James noticed.
"What's wrong with you?" He questioned, raising an eyebrow at his friend.
Bruce smiled at him, ignoring the question, "The one thing I won't miss is the punishments."
James laughed out into the silent air. "You're damn right there, mate. Now come one, stop moping and come help me pack."
"What? You haven't even packed yet?" James shrugged innocently," We have to leave the campus in and hour and a half James."
"Well then, you'd better help me!" James cried out, a smile splitting his cold features.
Bruce stuck his two fingers up at James as he stood up from the bench.
Bruce listened as James walked away, the sombre mood filling him once more. He waited for half an hour, sitting in silence, gazing at the campus he had spent so much of his life at. And it was all ending. He sighed, standing up from the bench. There was one more place he wanted to visit. The Dojo had been his favourite place through his life in Cherub. He wanted to see it one more time. He laughed at himself inside; it wasn't like he'd never see it again after all. But it felt so final. So definite. Bruce sighed one more time. This was it.
