Heero's Hope

Prologue:

"Come on Kari!" A tiny voice called in a darkened hallway. Two large Prussian blue eyes looked up, meeting the gaze of two Prussian eyes that looked exactly the same. There was a shifting sound as the one being called hunched down, curling into a closer ball, hugging white clad legs closer to his little body as he tried to blend into the shadows. Long thick strands of chocolate colored hair fell in a messy curtain, covering those large Prussian blue eyes as the little boy called 'Kari' hunched in on himself.

A puff of dust rose into the air as the one calling plopped down next to his mirror image. "Kari? What's wrong?" The little boy asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Something bad's gonna happen Aki." Kari answered. His small voice muffled in his formerly white hakama pants. His white kimono was now a light brown color from the dust. Aki frowned at his twin and hugged him close, letting his younger brother's head rest in his similarly white clad lap.

"Did you See something again?" Aki asked.

"Hai." Kari answered with a muffled sob.

"What did you see?" Aki asked. Running his small hands through the thick strands of chocolate that made up his brother's hair.

"Everyone was dead Aki." The four-year-old answered. "Everyone was dead and you and I were the only ones left. Then you left me too." Kari sniffed here and Akira stared into the blackness of the hall as he stroked his fingers through his brother's hair. He didn't need Kari to explain. As Kari spoke he Saw it too. The twins would be separated and nothing they could do would change that.

"It's okay Kari." Aki finally said when he was torn from his vision. Suddenly finding himself back in the dark hallway, sitting on the old wooden floors hugging his brother as if he would disappear. "No matter what happens, I'll always love you and protect you. I promise."

"Daisuki, Aki." Kari whispered. As soon as he said this flames engulfed both boys and the world was filled with the scent of burning flesh and the sounds of people screaming in fear and excruciating agony. Yes, what the boys saw would come to pass leaving Kari in the hands of a madman and Aki over a thousand miles away and unable to help him.

Daisuki is saying you really like something. You can say it to your family and stuff like that. Please pardon my horrible Japanesefor the bad explanation.

Well, I did it again. I started a story without updating any of my others. I'm really sorry but I've been so busy I haven't had time to write and don't remember what I was going to do with my other stories! I will update eventually! Anyway, this one I have planned out and have even written out that plan so have no fear! Please Review!
