I have no life. Seriously. No life at all.
No ConCrit or anything on this;; this is written purely out of boredom

"What the hell is this?"
Buffer glanced up, smiling smugly. "Its Chinese food. Store brought."
Charge gave a disapproving look down at the white cartons. They were full of noodles, spring roles, honey chicken, pouched eggs and duck. He stared plainly at them, ignoring the amused look on Buffer's face. He shrugged, sitting down on the couch.
"Hey, better than quiche. Where are the others?"
He pointed towards the direction of the kitchen. "Ro and Spider are making cookies," he said, trying to keep a straight face. Charge almost chocked on his own tongue as he burst out laughing. Buffer shook his head, putting a heavy hand on his friends shoulder.
"Well, that's what Spider said; they're actually supposed to be making tea or something."
The two men grinned, leaning back in the couch. The apartment was shabby but it was probably a good find for last minute accommodation. When their shore leave was extended to four days none of them had enough money to pay for accommodation, so they all chipped in to stay in a shabby apartment by the water side. All the girls –excluding Ro- had stayed on the Hamersley, along with Mike, much to the Xo's delight. 2Dad's had sneered at them for being snobby, only to receive a rather big glare from the captain.
And now they were here. Sitting in some shabby apartment in the middle of night.
The two men tried not to burst out laughing as Spider shoved Ro into he living room. He was wearing a flowery pink apron and over mitts covered with hearts, which matched with his equalling reddening face. Spider smiled at the two, flicking Ro in the head.
"He lost a bet." Spider grinned, ruffling his senior's short hair.
"Well I bet he did. That looks fantastic on you, mate, it'll match Danny's" came the voice of 2Dad's as he walked into the room, followed by a grinning Swain. They both plonked down onto the shabby couch, chucking down cases of beer.
Ro stood still, cringing, holding out a tray of burnt cookies. "I hate you spider" he grumbled, resisting the urge to smash the tray into the seaman's face.
Everyone laughed, grinning as they opened the beer and snatched the Chinese.
"We love you too, Roey"
