I'm sorry I've been spamming you with these...I really like this universe and I keep getting ideas for it!
I will call this a series, though I don't know what the name of the series will be, and once I have all or most of them done, I'll write out an order on my bio.
*Also, I am still writing I Want To Fight and it is still my main story.
Hope you enjoy!
Raina sighed as she passed compartment after compartment full of kids who seemed to have tons of friends already. Then again, she knew that most of the Pureblood families' kids knew each other.
Finally, Raina found a compartment that only had two kids in it - a boy with long black hair, and a girl with dark red hair and bright green eyes. She opened the door a bit.
"Do you mind if I sit here?", Raina asked quietly. The other girl smiled and nodded, moving over a bit.
"Thanks."
"No problem", the girl said, "I'm Lily, and this is Severus."
Raina smiled at Severus, but he seemed uninterested in her.
"I'm Raina."
Raina looked closer at Lily and saw that her eyes were a bit red.
"Are you alright?"
Lily seemed embarrassed. "Oh, I'm fine. I - my sister and I had a bit of a fight when I was about to get on the train. My entire family is - what's the word, Sev?"
"Muggles", he answered quietly.
"Yeah. Petunia - my sister - thinks that I'm weird for being able to do magic. She called me a freak."
Raina's eyes widened. Just for being a witch she's a freak? Raina had been told many times that she wasn't safe enough for people to be around her. She was the freak, definitely not Lily!
"Don't listen to her", Raina told her fiercely. "She just doesn't understand, is all. My mum's a Muggle, my dad's a wizard, though. She gets a bit scared around magic sometimes."
Especially werewolves.
Lily smiled gratefully at her.
"So, did you two already know each other?", Raina asked, looking between the two.
Lily nodded, taking the conversation again. "I met Severus when we were nine. He's the one who told me I'm a witch."
"You didn't believe me at first", Severus said, looking up at his friend with a small smile.
Lily blushed. "Well, what was I supposed to think? I spent my whole life thinking magic wasn't real, after all."
Raina and Lily talked for the rest of the train ride, telling each other about their families with Severus putting in a comment here and there.
Raina smiled. She quite liked Lily.
Although, if she were honest, Severus seemed a bit odd to her.
