Chapter 1: the new girl
After there long ride to hogwarts harry, Ron, and Hermione walks towards the great hall where they went for there first and second years at the school. Hermione was looking around for Draco Malfoy, a friend for the second year in a row. she turns to harry
"do you see Draco?" harry shakes his head and then points towards Draco who was sitting infront of a girl who looked like she did not wont to be here. Draco says something and the girls shoulders drop he places his hand on her shoulder and smiles towards Hermione and harry. he stands up and walks towards them. the girl turns her head and follows Draco with her eyes. Her eyes where wet and there was tear streaks down her cheeks. she turns back away and sits down on the ground with her legs crossed.
Draco reaches them "hi how was your summer Hermione? And harry?" he looks down at rom the back at Hermione
"it was fine who was that?" Hermione looks back at the girl
"she's a.. Friend. I cant tell you her name but I can say that you will find out" he smiles and looks at harry who had his hand on his scar "what is wrong poter?
"My scar hurts" harry rubs his head
draco turns and looks back at the spot where his friend was sitting he shakes his head and motions for them to go into the great hall. Draco sadly walks over to his table and ron hermione and harry sit at their's. The first years are sorted and the room starts talking. Dumbledore stands up and the room goes quiet
"I have two things that I would like to point out the first it that draco malfoy has changed to the gryffinder" there was gasps around the room and the head guy for gryffinder stands up
"I thought we couldn't change houses?" he said looking over at malfoy who was trying to make his self as small as posible
"well thanks to one of the 4th year students he had to be changed"
the head looks around
"Anyway I will talk to you about this later. Down to bisness, we have a new 3ed year student here. She was here before but because of an accsedent she was expelled. But because of recant activities she has to use this school to stay away from surten someone's" he smiles and points to the back of the room.
The student turn and there stands in the doorway the girl that draco was talking to. She had changed into an old uniform and on her outstreached arm was a dark red hawk. Some of the older students smiled and starting talking but the younger ones where still puzzled. The hawk flys out of her hand and lands on the table next to hagrid who smiles at her and pets the hawk.
The girl smiles "greeting everyone i'm Andria"
she looks around the room and then looks to Dumbledore, he gestures towards harry's table and she slowly walks towards them
the head students from slytherin stand up and start protesting "she is from here she shouldn't be in the gryfindors" one of the other students, Eric Dicelun a forth year shouts
Dumbledore holds up his hands and the room hushes "it is all because of you, Mr Dicelun, that she was expelled in the first place so it is clear that she should not be close to you at any time" he sits down and the other tables sit and start eating. Draco was pushed by his old house mates and walked towards the gryffendor table when he got there Andria put her arm over his shoulder and gave him a squeeze. She pulls a chair out and sits down next to hermione and draco sits on the other side of hermione between her and harry she puts her head down and turns it towards hermione
