ENJOY THIS RANDOM STORY :D!

"Hurry! Luci! C'mon!" Kayla said, giddily and ran outside, bag of marshmallows and a small pile of skinny sticks in hand.

"I'm coming, I'm coming..." Lucifer wasn't very happy; he had been trying to sleep when Kayla woke him up 'to show him something', and when he asked what all he got was her saying he'd have to see.

He only agreed because he could only take so much.

3 hours of Kayla Collins doing everything imaginable (Which is surprisingly a very long list, as Lucifer found out in the first 45 minutes.) to get them up can take a lot of a person.

Kayla sat down by the fire that she had built outside their home, it was puny and probably wouldn't last long in the humid air, but hey, she tried.

Kayla ripped open the bag of marshmallows and put one on one of the sticks she had collected from the yard.

"Kayla- I swear- If you dragged me out here just to make marshmallows-" Lucifer was interrupted as the corner of his eye caught a brilliant flare of light shoot across the sky.

"What the hell was that?"

"Comets."

...

"You dragged me out of bed at 2 o'clock in the morning so we can watch rocks burn up in the atmosphere?" Lucifer looked... very pissed off. Not good.

"Yep. And roast marshmallows." Kayla said matter of fact like, smile wide on her face.

"... I'm going back inside." Lucifer stood up and with one swift movement was back in their bed, leaving Kayla alone outside.

"Well... Fine..." She mumbled to herself. "Be that way." Kayla frowned as she saw the marshmallow she had been roasting had fallen off the stick and into the fire.

Kayla sighed and looked up at the stars, her hand still holding the stick began drawing patterns in the sand around the fire pit she had created.

"I'll enjoy this myself then. Alone..." Just as Kayla said those words another comet shot across the sky, this one bigger and it lit up the sky as it did so.

'Make a wish…' She thought a tiny smile finding a way to her face.

Kayla closed her eyes, and aloud; made a wish.

"I wish I had someone to share this with…"

Kayla may have made a wish for someone to share it with- but she did not imagine that it would actually happen.

She wasn't prepared for anything like that to actually happen.

…But it did.

She opened her eyes, expecting nothing to have happened, but sitting in the spot Lucifer had been was a man with golden, mischievous eyes and matching hair, holding a Hershey bar.

"Wanna make some smores?" The man asked, as if this was the most normal thing in the world, his lips forming into a smirk.
