The first, a helpless doll abandoned unfinished, is cut down by the fourth doll after a misunderstanding nobody had time to clarify. After a miraculous resurrection, she is once again destroyed – this time by the furious flames of the fifth.
The second, an innocent and naïve Maiden, is eliminated after a hopeless battle against the seventh.
The third, a childish and insecure rose who valued her sisters above all else and detested the Alice Game, is extinguished soon after her twin's demise in a fruitless attempt to save the second.
The fourth, a strong and composed flower, loses the Game to the first and parts with life in the arms of the twin sister she had once sworn to protect.
The fifth, broken by guilt and sorrow, is the last to succumb. When she ultimately falls to the crystals of the seventh, it is in a manner befitting of the warrior she has become.
The sixth, an adorable little strawberry, is vanquished by the fifth after a desperate last stand in an N-field layered with toys.
Finally, the seventh wins the Game and loses her life to the power her body was not built to support. After all, Alice is perfection and she is but an impostor.
A maiden's life does not always end with a 'happily ever after', and thus is the fate of all who enter the battle. Perfection is never achieved without sacrifice.
