Amethyst Soul Windows (Originally titled Yami's eyes)
You would have never thought Yami was once a great Pharaoh of Egypt.
Until you gazed at his eyes.
You know how they say that eyes are the windows to the soul? Take one look into this pharaoh's eyes and you'll see his whole heart.
Well, maybe you won't. Not at first, anyway. His eyes are so regal, his gaze serious.
He seems so…well… he seems to be aware of his surroundings and ready for anything.
It took awhile before we learned to realize his emotions through his eyes. Gradually, we began to tell what Yami was feeling, even though sometimes he didn't always want us to know.
We could tell that a gleam in his eyes meant he was ready for anything.
We could tell that a smirk on his face meant he was amused.
We could tell that his serious face was actually just his normal face.
We could tell that when he smiled, which he rarely does outside of a duel, meant that something had just made his day.
We could tell…well, you get the idea.
We could tell all of that just by looking into his eyes.
