Sam and Dean drove to the cemetery, so they can find the right grave, salt and burn the bones, and take out the ghost that's recently been killing some townsfolk.
Then Dean had an idea. "Hey Sam," he asked his brother.
"What?"
Dean laughed a bit. "Why did the hunters cross the cemetery?"
"I don't know," Sam said with exasperation, "what?"
"To get to the right grave on the other side!" Dean was laughing hysterically now.
Then Sam got another joke. "Knock knock."
"Who's there?"
"Jerk."
"Jerk who?"
"You."
"Ah, shut up, (bleep)," Dean said, trying to continue the search.
