Hinata silently sat on the grass. The sky above her was a sapphire blue and pearly puffs of clouds infested the sky. The leaves on the tall, sturdy trees rustled in the mild zephyr. The sun let off radiant beams, giving the flowers a wonderful glow. "It's such a beautiful day," she murmured gleefully to herself. She gently rose up and brushed back her long, indigo locks. She pulled out a thin hair band and tied her hair back. "It's time to train again," she sighed. The maiden began to jog and then began to pick up speed. In no time, the jog became a swift sprint. As the run went on, she beat her left foot against the solid ground and flew up into the air. While she performed a flip at the right altitude, she took out a kunai and pointed it towards the ground.
As air passed on her sides, she began to land with her kunai first. With a hard thunk the kunai pierced the ground as she aviated. In panic, she tried to do an aeronautical somersault, but she end up hurting her shoulder blade on a nearby rock. "Ouch," she moaned in pain. That wasn't supposed to happen, she thought. I was supposed to hit the ground with ease with my body putting my weight on it. The purpose of this exercise was to help control my chakra so my body would go up straight. Maybe I jumped up too high. It probably caused the returning force of my body to overcome me. She slowly got up and realized that she bruised her right knee and had some cuts on her left ankle. Walking slowly, she picked up her weapon and began to leave the grounds with her right hand gripping her left shoulder.
Hinata thought about how angry her father would be when he finds out that she hurt her shoulder. Tears of fear ran down her cheeks, she couldn't face him. She wanted to not go home. Rather, she wishes she could go somewhere else so her injury would heal. She knew that they wouldn't mind. Who would want a person that someone would be ashamed of, anyway? She stared at the dusty road. "Hey Hinata, what happened to you?" a familiar voice asked her. "Oh, hi Kiba," she replied. "Did you hurt yourself in training, again?" he interrogated her with concern. "Unfortunately, yes," she responded nonchalantly. "Now if you don't mind, I will go to a faraway place so I will not shame my family any longer." "Don't talk that way," the dog-trainer said. "You're a significant, beautiful person that has worth on this earth." "What?" she questioned in disbelief. He blushed. "Um, l-let me take c-care of those wounds for y-you," he blubbered flustered. "Ok." She smiled. It was so nice to know that someone does care about you. As that spiky-haired brunette let Hinata ride on his overgrown dog with him while he told Akamaru where to go. "You can also stay at my place while your wounds heal, too," he offered. "Thanks," she said gratefully. "That would be great." Affectionately, she hugged him from behind and kissed his striped cheek. In return, he pecked her fore head.
The End
