Characters: Kevin, Bobby, Charlie, Castiel, Sam, Dean.
Summary: Castiel stands in the room invisible to the others, lost in thought while the others all begin decorating for a holiday. Christmas.
"We Are The Champions"
Castiel smiled softly as he watched Dean and Sam argue over where to put the Christmas tree. He knew he didn't have to bother hiding behind anything, he was invisible to them.
After everything they've all been through, seeing them here and now, he knew it was definitely worth it.
As Kevin and Charlie stumbled in with boxes of decorations, and Bobby carried in grocery bags filled to the max, Castiel stood there and watched them all interact with one another.
No matter what they've all been through, no matter how badly they suffered. They always came out just fine in the end.
Winners is what Castiel liked to call them, he'd do and give anything to keep them all safe and happy. They were his friends. His family.
Another chance at family...he could never thank them enough for what they've done, and they don't even realize how important they are to him.
He'll never give up. No matter what comes their way, he'll be ready to stand up and protect.
He was their Guardian Angel, but sometimes he couldn't help but feel as though they were his.
They deserve happiness. And everything else the world has to offer.

Yes, because they were winners. They were champions. And Nothing, No one will ever bring them down.
"Oh Cas! I'm praying to you here! Get your feathery butt down here! Come on! Don't think you can skip out on helping with decorating the tree!" Dean yelled startling Castiel from his thoughts.
With a small but bright smile that just didn't seem to want to disappear from his face Castiel allowed himself to be seem and sweep up in the whirlwind that was his family.
