I didn't have a second thought about this.
Major Kirna stood over Barell Antos' body. She had just said her last words to him after she gotten the news that Bashir would have to let him die because to let him would be "immoral". Then everyone jumped out into the room yelling "APRIL FOOLS!"
"What!?" Krina said in concussion.
"He's not going to die!" Bashir states as Antos sits up.
"You mean that all this was a ruse!?" Krina asked.
"Pretty much," Bashir said. This resulted in Krina jumping on the doctor, strangling him in the proses. Then Krina said so stuff that should be bleeped.
All this in one big mistake.
