1. Preface

Preface

To avoid potential confusion about this particular story, I chose to include a preface in order to explain my overall intentions and ease any readers' concerns. As you could clearly guess, this is a Fallout fanfiction, however it is not truly tied to any of the games. Rather, I come up with a DLC idea, that I thought was interested, but was unable to produce do to the lack of time and knowledge. As such, the story does take place in the Fallout universe, but is separate from the games. I would also like to note, that I may have taken some liberties in terms of how society and its people developed in this world. I will however state, that such 'liberties' stem from information that was given within the game series, but not entirely delved into. I attempted to flesh out these ideals by created parallels of similar events and behaviors that have occurred within our world, as well as any any other game-lore I came across. With luck, I hope that I do the game series justice.
