I fell down a rabbit hole

Following the one that ticked

I swirled down and down,

Despite if I thrashed or kicked.

I landed on the soft grass

And yes I was dazed

The flowers before me, however,

Didn't seem fazed.

I got to my feet

And started down the path

Unaware that soon

I would be caught in the queen's wrath.

I met two twins

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum

They talked and talked

Before being carried off by bird scum.

I was taken to the Hatter and his friends

Why, yes, they were mad

But while they joked and threw,

There was soon fear to be had.

The queen's knight came

With a question in mind

And well, when he did,

We were in quite a bind.

I was stuffed in a teapot,

Because I was so small

However, I cannot say

The knight did not suspect at all.

I was told he wanted me

Because I ended the red queen's rein

But it would be much trouble

And hopefully not much pain.

So I traveled far

On a magical hat

I landed at the palace,

I am sure of that.

I treaded quietly

To see the mainstay

Which was no other

Than the queen playing croquet.

I had to eat quickly

The cake that makes me tall

The queen then found me

And I had to stall.

I was dubbed Um,

The fool she is,

To hide that I was

The one to end all this.
