Be very quiet. You don't want to scare her off. I only get one shot at this. A man in dark clothing whispered in a hushed tone. I need her. She will be the key to restoring balance in the Underworld. The man said to the lesser demon that accompanied him. They watched through the blades of grass, a beautiful black-haired woman dance in field of a forest. On either side of her, there were two forest nymphs that threw flowers and leaves into the air as they danced. There was a water nymph, which was playing the harp by the pool of water. "Persephone! Sing with me!" The water nymph shouted melodically with the harp. She started singing in flourishes of notes and the black-haired woman who appeared to be Persephone said, " Castalia, my friend, I don't think I'm that good of a singer."

"Oh, you're much too modest, Persephone. Besides, I'm sure Apollo would love to hear your music. Perhaps, he will come back…" Castalia pondered aloud.

"You just want to see him, Castalia. Don't deflect your desires and passion onto me. A female's clinginess is as unattractive as Apollo's chamber activities." Persephone said in a scrutinizing tone.

"Oh? Are you saying you don't want to see him?" The man in dark clothing stood up at this, unable to bear this conversation any longer. He appeared in the middle of the field and the demon was trailing behind him with his steed. The nymphs recognized him and Castalia exclaimed, "Hades!" They couldn't do anything to stop him because they were powerless. They tried calling Demeter, mother of Persephone, but it would be too late. Hades had gotten what he had come for. He grabbed Persephone and jumped into his mighty chariot, fleeing to the Underworld. Demeter, the goddess of the harvest, appeared shortly after. She looked around and noticed that there was no trace of her daughter except for the damaged petals of an orchid. She stepped around and noticed a wilted flower. She picked it up and her eyes turned into that of despair and anger. She called out in a sorrow-filled cry, "Hades!"
