Another day like no other. Heh! Every other day is like this. My mom freaks out because she believes my favorite anime, Death Note, is from the devil.

My name is Aileen. I'm 17 going into 18, I'm Mexican American and I'm a tomboy.

"Aileen Juarez, apaga esa mendiga tele o ponte ver otra cosa"

"Damn it!" It is always like this, I finish my homework, turn on my Xbox 360, play a game or two, then watch Death Note or another anime on Netflix or Hulu. But for some reason my mother always walks in when I'm watching Death Note. You might ask why I see Death Note.

First off, it's addicting. Second, it's cool. And third, I am in love with one of the characters.
