A/N: Hello! The feels are real today as Pokemon turns 18, EP001 made its grand debut in Japan today back 1997... Man I feel old! So to celebrate here is a special and cheesy One-Shot with very little dialogue. It is also a bit short as well. AAML ~with many other ships implied ;)
Grand Debut
"Man he's so beautiful, he looks just like you",Misty Ketchum whispered as her eyes were glued on the tiny being in arms. The newborn's eyes were sealed shut as he slept in his mother's comforting arms listening to her heartbeat.
"Yeah, but babe, he totally has your eyes",Ash Ketchum answered back playfully at his wife of just one year, both nineteen and today they became first time parents to a gorgeous baby boy.
"Pika pi. Pikachu pi. Pikachu. (Ash. Misty. Kingston)"
Kingston Tritan Ketchum, born April first, ironically the day the his parents met for the first time. Little did the infant know but his father is the current Pokemon Master and his mother was one of Kanto's Elite Four.
The baby looked identical to his handsome father with little tufts of black hair sitting on top of his head and his same tanned skin but minus his father's notable birthmarks. The one thing he did share with his beautiful mother was her cerulean colored eyes, wieghing in at seven pounds he truly was a bundle of joy.
"I could just stare at this little guy all day",Misty said still in awe that she was holding her son, their son in her arms.
Before her husband could answer there was a knock at the hospital rooms doors.
"Come in!"
Ash called out in a gruff voice.
Peaking his head in Brock smiled at the scene before him. It was sweet seeing his two oldest friends admiring their newborn son.
"Hey big guy. Mrs. K!"
Misty laughed at the latter in Brock's greeting.
Walking over to get a good look at the famous couples son,"Beautiful, truly beautiful guys",Brock said as tears stung his eyes, it was such a touching moment.
Before the trio of friends plus Pikachu and Kingston knew it, the room was full of people. Many of their friends came by to greet the littlest Ketchum.
Delia was elated to be a grandma, already hinting on wanting another grand baby to spoil making Ash and Misty blush.
Professor Oak being a father figure for Ash was there followed by Gary Oak and his girlfriend Leaf Greene.
"Man, lemme guess Kingston's gonna 'be the very best too'?" Gary joked.
Ash smiled,"You bet, he's gonna be a Master for sure."
"Ash! He's hours old, leave him alone", Misty laughed as she poked fun at the new father.
Tracey and Daisy Sketchit walked in as well as Violet and Lily, all thrilled to be first time aunts.
Drew and May Hayden walked in the room with Max Maple in tow to come an admire the baby with Solidad and Harley baring gifts.
Paul and Dawn Robelledo came from Sinnoh with Barry, Kenny and Zoey to see Kingston.
Cilan and Iris Griffith came in with Chili and Cress as well as Trip and his girlfriend, Georgia with Burgundy in tow.
Bonnie was there with her brother Clemont and his girlfriend Serena.
Looking around Ash and Misty Ketchum smiled and were thankful and in awe that by them meeting in turn they gained many friends along the way. Looking down at baby Kingston, everything is full circle in their 'extended' family.
