It was a beautiful summer's day. The sun shone brightly and there wasn't a single cloud in the sky. Glass of lemonade in hand, I was content to watch the others play Quidditch. There were five of them: Seamus, Angelina, Ron, Harry, and Ginny. They didn't even bothering asking me to join them anymore - they were used to boring, bookish 'Mione.

I tried to read my book, but I was soon distracted, held captive by the glint of the famous Weasley hair in the sunlight. Gold sparkled through, with flashes of bronze and rust, along with just a hint of fire.

Between the athletic build, the slightly-too-tight shirt that left little to the imagination and the mischievous grin that blossomed on pale pink lips, I couldn't deny how attracted I was. I gulped, taking another sip of lemonade.

A quaffle soared into the goal-hoops, unstoppable. The victorious chaser winked at me. I pretended that the sweat on my brow was because of the heat.

Overjoyed, Harry raced over to her. "That's my girl!" he said.

She laughed, and her laughter was music to my ears. Then, she planted her lips firmly on his, and I died a little inside.

It was a beautiful summer's day. The sun shone brightly and there wasn't a single cloud in the sky. I gripped my glass of lemonade until my knuckles turned white, and I wished things were different. We were six friends, but I only saw her.
