The Gems walked down the boardwalk. Steven was about to run off to the fry shop.
"Hey guys, look," he said, pointing. The Gems looked at the 4 kids standing at the Fryman counter.
The rightmost kid had mint green skin and summer-leaf green hair. Her gem was visible on the right side of her neck. She had a scarf, in a light-dark green pattern, swirled around her neck. A bright yellow star dotted the end. She had a sleeve-less, lower-than-her-waist jacket, a lime green shirt underneath. She had moss green pants and grass-green, checkered shoes.
The boy next to her was exactly the same, but his color scheme was red. His gem was on the left side of his neck.
The third had sky blue skin and ocean blue hair. His gem was visible on the back of his beck. He had a belt, in a light-dark blue pattern, wrapping around his waist. A bright yellow star acting as the buckle. He had a long-sleeved , right-at-his-waist wind-breaker. Robin's egg-blue pants covered hid legs. He had Neptune blue, checkered pants.
The girl next to him was exactly the same, but her color scheme was orange. Her gem was on the front of her neck.
The red one handed PeeDee a $10 and began to walk away with the others.
The green shared an Eskimo kiss with PeeDee before leaving after her friends.
They all sat down at a table by the beach.
"So who's gonna go talk to them," asked Amethyst. "I'll do it," said Steven.
Steven bounded down the steps and walked over the four kids.
"Hi! My name is Steven! I'm a member of the Crystal Gems! We go on adventures and fight monster and stuff."
The four kids stood up and bowed.
"I'm Perri. With an I," said the green one.
"I'm Rubines," said the red one.
"I'm Diaminic," said the blue one.
"I'm Toylor," said the orange one.
"And we're..."
They all joined hands. Suddenly, all their gems started glowing.
Slowly, katanas began coming out of their gems.
They all grabbed them.
"The Crystal Jewels!"
Pearl, Amethyst, and Garnet were now behind Steven.
"The Crystal Jewels," asked Garnet.
"Yep. We live in a condo on the other side of town," said Rubines.
"Why haven't we heard of you," asked Amethyst.
"Our parents left us in concealment after age 4," said Perri.
"This was because they gave up their physical from to let us live forever," said Rubines.
"Who are your parents," asked Pearl.
"Our parents are Diamond and Topaz," said Diaminic and Toplor.
"And our parents Peridot and Ruby," said Perri and Rubines.
"Now if you excuse us," they all said together.
They all tapped their gems.
4 jaguars showed up by their sides, one for each of them.
Perri's was green.
Rubines's was red.
Diaminic's was blue.
Toylor's was orange.
"Jewels Jaguars! Away!"
The kids climbed on top of the animals and they ran off.
