The Supreme Leader of the KND was not often seen smiling. And how could she be? Between school, KND work, and the occasional trip down to Earth (if the situation was that bad), where would she find the time? Compared to all her other priorities, smiling was not so high on her list.
Back on Earth, we have the same problem with a certain member of Sector V. He, like his female counterpart, live for the KND, with school on the side.
Except┘ for when they are with each other. They fit together like puzzle pieces: she is calm, rational, controlled; he is impulsive, determined, a dreamer. He makes her breathe; she makes him think.
Though, even when they▓re together, their smiles are few and far between. He would drop off the occasional plate of cheesy nachos, to remind her of the TAG incident, and how well they bonded; she would send a mission to him directly, instead of through Numbuh 653.5, just so she could see his face. He would salute, and she would do the same back, both smiling the smiles they reserved only for each other.
A/N: Yes, I am aware that this is very short, (226 words) but it▓s supposed to be that way. Want to know why? Because it represents the short but sweet smiles they send each other. Anyway, I decided to do the 100 theme challenge that Numbuh 212 posted on her profile. I▓ve forbidden myself from reading her latest posts because I don▓t want any of my stories to biased, or similar to what she▓s writing.
