For Sesshomaru: Soft Spot

Sesshomaru cannot believe that he is feeling this way to that little girl. Scratch that why does he have the sudden feeling to fight besides his hanyou brother? He blames this all on his father, Inu No Taisho (The Great Dog Demon). If it were not for his father having a soft spot for humans, Sesshomaru would not be so nice to them. The damn soft spot must be genetic. Now Rin is captured by that damn pseudo-demon Naraku. Sesshomaru knows that he is strong than Naraku, even with the Shikon no Tama, but he cannot risk hurting Rin. If she dies again, there is no way to bring her back again.
He knows that his hanyou brother is on the way to fight Naraku.
He just cannot help but feel a bit old when he thinks of InuYasha holding his own against a powerful demon.
He muses that when this is all over with, because one way or another Naraku will die and Rin will be safe, maybe he can settle things with InuYasha and watch Rin grow up in peace.
