I was startled to see that the NCIS/SPN category lacked Sam and McGee stories, so I started writing this. Then, Palmer wanted to make an appearance and soon Tony and Dean wandered into my imagination, so that's how this came to be.
Anyway, thanks for the reading, I hope you enjoy this, and I do not own these characters.
See ya!
"It's too quiet," Flyboy78 whispered as he and his friends stepped into the cave. "Something's up."
"Here, I have some Witchstone," Gremlin79 announced reaching into his Sorcerer's robes.
"Don't light that," Bookworm83 hissed, turning to face Gremlin. "We don't know what's down there, and I'd really like it if our position wasn't given away by your light."
"Sorry," Gremlin muttered pulling his hand away from his robes. "Should we continue?" he asked nervously, looking between his two companions.
"Unsheathe your weapons," Flyboy commented softly taking his sword from his scabbard. "Keep an eye out," he advised and the others nodded as the small group started deeper into the cave.
"I can't see a fricking thing," Gremlin whined quietly.
"There's nothing," Bookworm replied under his breath, using his Khajiit's night vision to see in front of them. "Calm down."
"Well, we aren't all…"
"Shut up," Flyboy hissed and the two fell silent. "Something's coming."
They readied themselves for a fight, but were startled when a familiar voice said, "Are you guys seriously still playing this game?"
"Tony?"
"Nope, I'm SunRise68, I guess," SunRise said walking towards them. Gremlin threw caution to the wind and brought his Witchstone to life, revealing an Orc walking towards them. "Did you know I had to create a frigging profile just to get a hold of you? Why aren't you two answering your phones?"
"We're questing, D…SunRise," Gremlin said sullenly.
"Palmer? Seriously? You're online name is Gremlin79? I knew that nickname would rub off on you," SunRise retorted laughing. "Though, I see McGeek didn't rub off on Flyboy over there." He nodded towards the elf standing in between Gremlin and Bookworm.
"What do you want Tony?" Flyboy asked testily.
"Gibbs needs us back at the naval yard in fifteen minutes. You too, Palmer."
"Okay, let's just…"
"Sam, you down here?" a new voice said and an Argonian headed towards them. "You do realize games like this are…" the Argonian trailed off when he noticed the group standing around Bookworm. "I see you've made some little geek friends."
"What do you need…? CrazyHunter? Really?"
"I thought it fit," CrazyHunter79 replied shrugging. "Get the lead out. Bobby called and we need to get back to his place pronto."
"And you decided to create a profile online to tell me this?" Bookworm asked slowly.
"Nope, I already had this. Sup Gremlin."
"Hunter," Gremlin greeted waving. "It's nice to see you again. Did you clear out the skeletons in Bluecreek Cave?"
"Yes, but then I ran into a troll. That bitch was hard to kill."
"Tell me…"
"Hey, we've got a case, Gremlin," SunRise exclaimed waving his hands. "You can catch up with your little friend later."
"Tony?" Hunter said glancing over at the Orc.
"Dean? Holy crap, how've you…?"
"Dean, about Bobby…?" Bookworm asked sounded irritated.
"Yeah, and I thought we had a case, DiNozzo," Gremlin snapped glaring at the Orc.
"Right, we should probably…" SunRise trailed off when a growl sounded from the back of the cave. "What the hell was that?"
"Weapons ready!" Flyboy shouted holding his sword up. The others followed suit, all standing in the line. "Get ready!"
"Charge!" Gremlin yelled and sprinted forward.
"Who the hell are you, Leroy Jenkins?" Bookworm called after him as the group quickly chased after him and began battle with an army of trolls.
Ten minutes later…
Gremlin79 has been slain
SunRise68 has been slain
CrazyHunter79 has been slain
Bookworm83 has been slain
Flyboy78 has been slain
P.S. Bonus points to those who can tell me what SunRise is referencing in Tony's name :)
