The Heart's Weakness
To have, to hold, to never let go;
To need, to want, to always be right;
The hurt, the pain, and sorrow,
To overwheming to contain;
The suffering, torment, crying,
To much to maintain;
To see the smile slip;
To see the tears slide;
To have the heart shatter;
To know that it all mattered;
Go separate into the black night;
To forever regret weakness and plight;
Fly away angel of light;
So you might become more bright.
