"Sara?" Greg called out as he stepped out of the shower and grabbed a towel. "I'm done!"

Sara and Greg had both just finished pulling a double together. It had been Sara's night off when Greg was assigned a triple homicide – two teenagers and a baby girl. Greg knew it was going to be a hard night to being with, but then Grissom asked him to call Sara in and he knew the night was going to hell – Sara hated getting called in on her night off.

"Sara?" Greg called out as he finished drying off and stepped into sweatpants and a tee shirt from college. He was reluctant to take a shower first, but Sara had insisted – it was his house, after all.

Greg wandered into his bedroom, thinking maybe Sara had fallen asleep; then into the kitchen, thinking maybe she had gotten hungry waiting for him. Neither places yielded results. Then Greg heard some noise coming from his spare room, the room he had turned into a study/computer room when he moved in. Sara was sitting intently in front of his computer, muttering at the screen.

"It's all Grissom's fault. Made Greg call me in on my night off, had me rush to the scene. Stupid Grissom. Stupid crime scene."

"Uhm, Sara?" Greg asked gently, biting back a smile as he watched his girlfriend act like a ten year old who hadn't gotten her way. "Something wrong?"

"Yeah, there's something wrong!" Sara said, spinning to face him. "Grissom had you call me in on my night off and the scene was so important that I completely forgot to set my VCR as I rushed out, so I missed Veronica Mars!" Sara explained.

"You're mad because you missed a TV show?"

"Not just ANY show! The last show before the season finale! So now I have to make sure I download it, but it's taking forever for someone to even upload a torrent and your connection is really slow!"

"Oh. I'm sorry?" Greg said, starting at Sara like she was speaking a foreign language.

Sara sighed. "It's not your fault."

"That is true. But I may have a way to make it better."

"Really? What's that?" Sara said, looking up at her boyfriend.

"Do you remember when I got TiVo and was learning to set it to record programs every time a new show came on?"

"Yeah. I was here. It took you forever!" Sara grinned.

"Well, I used Veronica Mars as a test show – just because you were over and talking about it – and I never undid it. So I'm pretty sure I have last night's episode still stored."

Sara jumped out of the computer chair and hugged Greg.

"You are the absolute best boyfriend ever!" Sara squealed. "Come on, let's go watch it!" Sara said, grabbing Greg's arm and dragging him out of the study and towards the family room.
