Chapter 1-The Kiss
Sam hadn't been at school since she had shared a kiss with Freddie on that night in the lockdown at school. Freddie couldn't believe that Sam had kissed him. He hadn't expected that to happen at all. He knew that Sam had been acting weird ever since Brad had arrived but he just assumed that she had a crush on him. When the mood app said that Sam was 'in love' he couldn't believe it. He confronted Sam about it and told her to go for it with Brad because she would never know what could happen if she didn't go for it. When she interrupted his speech and kissed him his heart was racing. It took a few seconds to get over the shock but he soon melted into the kiss. He hated it when she pulled away; he wanted it to continue forever. When she apologised for kissed him he hated it. Did she feel like she had taken advantage of him? That was not the case! He loved that she had finally kissed him, it had been driving him mad for nearly 3 years.
Once the kiss was over his arms felt empty and whilst he was looking at Sam he couldn't remember any time that she had looked so vulnerable. He could tell that he had found her weak spot. Sam had always been worried that her love and affection would never be returned to her as she had suffered rejection her entire life. Her dad was pretty much non-existent and her mum was barely sober or conscious long enough to make her a sandwich.
Freddie just wanted to go up to Sam and hold her and tell her than everything would be okay. He never wanted to make her sad or make her feel uncomfortable but as he walked towards her she walked away from him and left him standing in the courtyard. She didn't look back at him. Freddie wondered if he had done something wrong but he couldn't think of anything. Should he go after her and tell her that he returned her affection or should I wait and talk to her tomorrow? He decided to wait till tomorrow and finish his project with Brad and Sam first.
He entered the school building and was aware that Sam and Brad were both talking to each other about nothing in particular. When he entered, she looked up at him but she didn't smile and there was no emotion on her face. Sam appeared to be pretending as if nothing had happened and she went about designing the pear app with Brad. She kept her back to Freddie the entire time and he decided to just acknowledge that she didn't want to talk about it and therefore he continued whatever it was he was doing before the 'incident' with Sam in the courtyard.
So this is only a short chapter because I want to know if you guys like it before I write anymore If you all like it I will continue to right this story and I promise that the next chapter will be longer. So please review as they do make me write faster 3 x
