"Me to Ron" said Hermione
"Well I should get going"
"Alright" said Ron as he left the common room
"Hermione what was that about" asked Fred
"Ron and I broke up" said Hermione
"What do you mean you broke up"
"He cheated on me and I found out" stated Hermione simply
"What a prat wait till George and I get our hands on him" said Fred
"no don;t it isn't worth it to be honest it is a relief"
"a relief, why" he asked confused
"I like Ron but I don't like like him" she said
"Well do you like like someone else" asked Fred
"Yeah and I just didn't want to hurt Ron, I am still not sure it won't hurt him but I want to keep our friendship" said Hermione
"after everything you have been through, I don;t think much could destroy your friendship" said Fred
"even if I liked one of his brothers" she asked quietly
"yes even that Ron is a prat but he isn't that big of a prat" said Fred
"Thanks Fred"
"No problem, oh an witch one of us do you like" he asked full of wonder
Hermione leaned down and kissed Fred softly on the lips "you" she said as she walked out the common room in search of Ginny
"Hey Fred" said George as he enter the common room
"Hey"
"what's wrong" he asked
"Ron and Hermione broke up" said Fred
"well what are you waiting for you have been pinning over Granger for years" said George
"She told me she liked me, kissed me, and walked out the room" said Fred
"Wow"
"Yeah" said Fred
"Well what the hell are you still doing here, go find her and kiss her back" said George
"your right" said Fred as he ran out the door
Fred found Hermione sitting with Ginny on the Library
"Ginny, Hermione" said Fred as he walked up to them
"What can we help you with Fred" asked Ginny
"I need to speak with Hermione for a minute if that is okay" he asked
"could it wait we are in the middle of something" said Ginny before Hermione could respond
"it will be real quick" said Fred
"Fred really f I don't finish this I will be in so much trouble with Snape" wined Ginny
"fine" said Fred
He leaned over the table and kissed Hermione
"I like you to" he whispered in her ear
"What the hell was that" Ginny practically yelled
"that was me kissing my girlfriend" said Fred shooting Hermione a questioning look Hermione smiled back at him.
Little did they know that that kiss would lead to 2 years of dating a wedding 3 kids and 102 years of marriage.
