The tears filled Jupiter's eyes while she looked at Chicago's sky. Why? Why had gone wrong with Caine? The memories were still fresh in her mind, how the madness had consumed him in a second. One minute she was introducing him to her family and the next... she was allone.
Stinger looked at the young queen with sorrow, he was just in time to save her from the man she loved but not her family. Caine's body was in the floor, still warm and covered in inocent blood and that made the lycan's heart breack. There it lied the body of the man he had got to see as his own son and next to him, the sweet girl who had beed ready to sacrifice for her planet.
There was nothing else in Earth that could makke Jupiter stay the good memories were overflowed by the suffering her heart had now and all she wanted to do was to fly away and never come back. Soon it was too much and the brunette passed out, falling in the bloody floor before Stinger could catch her.
When Jupiter woke again she inmediatly realiced she wasn't in Earth, she was lying in an antigravitational bed. A door openned and she saw Kalique coming through it.
-Wellcome back, Jupiter- she said with a calm smile
Kalique had been really surprised whe she saw an Aegi's ship landing in front of her palace but when she saw her mother's reincarnation laying in the arms of the lycan she inmediatly knew they were in trouble. It seem as her mother's tendency for falling for the wrong men did pass to Jupiter, if not she had probably suprassed any love mistake the queen of the universe had ever made and that had cost Jupiter's family. But, if Kalique knew something is that the Abrasax always take care the ones of the others, no matter the rivalities they may had and Jupiter was deffinetly an Abrasax. She would stay in her palace and would be taken care till the wound in her heart were healed.
Jupiter walked as a ghost through Kalique's palace. It had been almost a month since she left Earth but the pain didn't seem to go away, in fact it just increased every day. The older woman had become a good friend despite the previous intencions she could had have for the Earth's owner and they became close enougth for her to become Jupiter's pilar in her grief.
She was so lost in her thoughts that when she turned through the corner she crushed into someones torso, making her fall.
-Ju... Jupiter?
Looking up, Jupiter met with probably the only men in universe she didn't want to see ever again.
