"You shot me." A disgruntled Daniel stated for what Jack figured was about the tenth time in the last five minutes. It was starting to sound more like a whine each time.
"Ya had it coming. How many times have I told you not to get possessed? Jack asked. In an annoyingly cheerful voice, he added, "It's bad for your health."
"So is getting shot by a crazy general," Daniel grumbled.
"Gonna write that in your diary?"
"It's a journal, Jack."
"Diary."
"Journal."
"Diary." That said, Jack promptly turned and left.
"Journal!" Daniel called out to his friends retreating back.
