I suppose it didn't help he was lying on the floor dead, but that isn't the point I'm trying to make.
The point is Artemis couldn't kiss elves any more, theoretically if holly or trouble were drunk enough they might consider it, but that isn't consensual, so they have just raped a dead body.
That could be a minor or indeed major issue, but it didn't really matter to trouble or holly at that moment, because not even highly trained recon specialists can use spades to dig about 6 foot under when drunk.
