Everlasting love
Another day gone and no sign of Naraku or jewel shards, just a village who had come across a demon serpent, and of course we slayed the monster for the villagers that it terrorized, but we didn't escape unscaved. During the battle Kagome was attacked, before I even had a chance to blink, the demon pinned he and sank his vial fangs into her pilling poison like seeds throughout her body. Now she lies here, on the empty valley floor, unconscious and barely breathing. Leaving me only to be able to hold her cold pale hand, for I could not move her as orders from Sango, as she now finds comfort in Miroku's arms as she weeps. She told me the more movements she makes; the more the poison would spread, and shorten what little time she already had left, as the medicine had little effect. "Ka...Kagome" The little kitsune cried out loud. He was going through so much, the girl who had been like the mother he once had now lay there dyeing and he could do nothing to stop it. Even Miroku shed a few tears for his fallen comrade, who brought joy to our lives and too those all around, he tried to comfort Sango as she cried, the girl that had been like a sister was dyeing and no one not even I could do anything about it, but the one who suffered the most would be I. She was my world, my joy, the reason I get up every morning. She gave me life when she decided to release me from the cursed tree after fifty years of being pinned to it, to me she was the sun in my sky. Even a few traitor tears escaped my eyes and slid down my cheeks. Next came my worst fear the worst thing possible, she suddenly stopped breathing and it was then and there that she drew her last breath. That was five years ago, Sango and Miroku went on and destroyed Naraku and completing the jewel giving it to Kaede to protect, they have since then married and have had three kids. As for Shippou he stays with Sango and Miroku on occasion when he is not out training that is. As for I, I am no longer of this world as well, for I reside in heaven along with Kagome my grave right next to hers giving me even in death everlasting love as I chase Kagome across the big blue sky...
