Freddy stood on stage, alone as usual. By now the other animatronics had all gone after the guard. Right now, Freddy was lost in thought. He thought about how things weren't like they were supposed to be but... at the same time it had never been anything different from the nights they go through now. It's been the same thing for as long as the bear could remember. As expected, I'm not needed tonight either, Freddy thought. He tried to keep himself calm even though the world felt like it was spinning out of control... out of his grasp... Almost as if on cue, everything went dark. Freddy twitched his ear as his eye-lights flickered on. They flashed on and off from their age. Though, Freddy would have them the same way even if he couldn't, it was much more intimidating this way. Then, at a speed no one thought this old animatronic was capable of, Freddy ran off. It took mere seconds for him to reach the door of the guard's room. His eyes flickered to the tune of the peaceful song he played. The only thing in the room Freddy detected was a human, cowering in fear and curling up as small as possible in his chair. As the tune almost reached it's painful end, Freddy couldn't help but think something was wrong. This... is not the way things should be, Freddy thought, why are things like this? What... happened..? The tune had now reached it's dreadful end. Freddy turned off his eye-lights and found that he could not stop himself from approaching the night guard, ever so stealthily. Suddenly, he jumped out, screaming at the night guard who immediately fainted from fear. Freddy, himself, found he was terrified by his own shriek. As he stuffed the guard into a suit that looked exactly like the bear he couldn't help thinking, it's...no use... I'm too far gone...
Freddy's last thought of the night seemed completely random...
IT'S ME
Sorry for it being so short... But it's a Freddy one-shot so yeah.
