If you give Joanne a cell,
she'll use it for work all the time.
That means less attention on Maureen,
so odds are Maureen will get mad and brake Pookie's cell.
Then most probably Pookie and Maureen will have a huge fight involving women in rubber,
and all the bohemians will be watching them so they'll brake up.
Then odds are Maureen will miss the attention even more,
so she'll go crawling back to Pookie.
Then things will go back to normal,
and most probably Joanne will realise she has no cell to work with.
So odds are you'll have to give her another one.
