The discovery of ectoplasm entities took a lot more bigger impact in the world than expected.
First, paranormal activities were kept secret by the government. Meanwhile, this made the possible to make ghost attacks or anything related with the supernatural in this town looked like schemes, pranks or simply something made up.
This seemed to work to a certain level, while people outside the country knew about ghostly activity in Amity Park, a small town in the Northern part of the United States, they always seemed to ignore it, believing is some type of touristic trap or something like that, giving the result that was expected from the government: people weren't crazy or panicking about ghosts and or them, it was meant to keep that way.
Until it happened. The world was experiencing many emotions all at the same time, like a bucket of cold water in a December morning, when the news that a huge asteroid was heading towards Earth made known. This had everyone in panic, fearing for their lives and families, if they had one, demanding solutions to this problem and with that solutions came, but with every one of them salvation wasn't the result.
Every single nation of the world was working together to survive, every country, in war or not, forgot, for this short period of time, political problems, social contradictions, cultural programs to what was consider more important in this moment for human-kind, it was the thing that linked everyone, black or white, Chinese or Japanese, Otomi or Maya, tall or short, and that thing was their survival.
But, even then, with their best efforts, works, theories, process, nothing seemed to make an effect on the Disasteriod, how the media called it. And, although the world was curious about the Disasteriod, because it was made from some unknown element to them, except for Amity Park, they were still focused on the fact that they still hadn't found a weakness to the giant asteroid, it was still heading towards their planet! Simply, every plan, from a scientist, genius or even an average person hadn't worked. Nations had combined their technology, their knowledge, their weapons, their ideas, but none had gave progress to the cause.
World Leaders tried to keep the media and citizens calm down, though they weren't making much to accomplish this, only…
'We're doing our best' or 'Don't worry, the Disasteriod is our priority, you'll see in no time how we manage to go through this one.'
And stuff like that. Still, they continue to work with everything, because everything was in game, either you wanted or not, so this continue every day and night, every single thing to avoid extinction, but deep down, with every passed second, hope was rapidly vanishing.

Realization started when Mayor Vlad Masters made a City Hall meeting to the world, of course only Amity Park was there being the residence of the mayor, while the world watched by T.V. the event being broadcasting LIVE to this so told news "That will impact the world" as the mayor called it.
If in almost a week of being destroyed by a giant asteroid had people in alarm and panic, imagine when everyone, especially people who lived in Amity Park, find out that the mayor of this town was actually a ghost, and not just any…The Wisconsin Ghost! One of the most evil and dangerous entities of this kind that humans had seen. He was known for being Danny Phantom's archenemy, his greatest foe as their point of view.
The realization slapped the world in it face.
Vlad Masters or as he made himself known as a ghost: Vlad Plasmius gave the world a choice. A two options choice. Be saved or be doomed; Of course the most logical answer would be 'be saved' but the catch? It was too much… Plasmius wanted to be Ruler of the world and also the amount of 500 billion dollars.
Despite this, the world accepted, by not finding a solution or all of their plans ending in fail, they finally gave in, giving Vlad his demands. After so, he flew with his old buddie Jack Fenton, who still didn't process how his so called friend from collage could turn to be a ghost, and one so evil, he de antemano had presence his actions and he was not happy, every time, in every occasion, Vlad seemed to try to harm or even kill Jack, he always seemed friendly towards Maddie and Jazz, however Danny always was uneasy while being with the man and now so had Jack, finally realizing who he thought to be his best friend, now former friend.

The mission of turning the Disasteriod intangible so it would pass harmlessly through Earth had failed.
Humanity relied on this plan to be saved, now a few days before the enormous asteroid crashed all they could do was wait for a miracle, wait for the Disasteriod to do BOOM!, or made a plan themselves. The last two were improbable to do, so waiting for a miracle was their plan, every other plan could be tested but as every other it was more likely to fail.
(A/N: I know I'm pessimist :3 in this part…)
And fail it did. Every plan didn't worked, hope was loose. Until Danny Phantom, after disappearing mysteriously a few weeks, came with a plan, wrapping the planet with metal tubes connected to the central hub were the ghost boy would bring a thousand ghost inclunding himself to spread the ability of intangibility in form of energy in Earth, making the planet entirely intangible instead of the Disasteriod.
The plan itself was complicated, but humans still go with it, with their energy and cooperation they, by the lead of Danny Phantom, Tucker Foley and the Fentons, they spread the metal tubes all around Earth, built the central hub and adapted to work with ghostly energy. However, as this plan needed to be done while the Disasteriod was crossing Earth, if the plan worked, this was the last hope. And people prayed it work.

Unlike Vlad, who didn't come back to Earth to avoid repercussions, Danny did his best to bring the ghost mass to Earth, determined and although ghosts didn't use to help humans, they did now, after all and only because Earth was the parallel side of the Ghost Zone, so they were basically saving themselves, and so Danny complete his promised…
He saved both worlds. (A/N: ;3 )
Not after some scared from him by sending the Jet of his family crash, but that was unnecessary to be told. (A/N: hehe TuT)

On the depths of the Ghost Zone, that was now inhabited by ghosts because they were currently on Earth saving it with a very special halfa, only if wanted and permitted to be found, a Clocktower made itself known by its location, in it a very unique, special and depending in his mood fearing, funny and even happy but neutral (or so proclaimed) ghost resided in, he was well known as Clockwork, master of time and was now currently at this moment, watching the time stream evolved naturally.
The screen showed the middle halfa of the 3 in existence (A/N: Vlad, Danny, and Dani. 3 ) on human form with his childhood goth friend kissing and waiting to see what the future had stored for them, while his other friend was on the ceremony of celebrating the one special ghost (A/N: He doesn't reveal his identity :D) who made all of that possible: Danny Phantom.
Clockwork, then moved his staff as the scene changed to some interesting and dramatic, and that coming from Clockwork, who has seen a loooot of drama, scenes every one of them orbiting on the very particular trio, as he says…
"I knew you could, Danny. Of course, I know everything and with that everything that's going to happen… just good luck. The next weeks are going to interesting…"
Clockwork sighed as he watches the events, still debating to interfere or not, still don't need to have the Observants annoying him with every chance they have, but until then he would let things go fluently.
"Everything as it should be."

A/N: I know Clockwork is one of the ghosts in the background, when they're spreading their energy to save their worlds, but yes he is, too in the Ghost Zone, remember he is a very veeerryy powerful ghost, and ghosts can duplicate.
P.S. I'll try to update as fast as I can, but I just entered high school and it's really stressing, besides I want the story with good orthography and redaction, etc.
