Default Chapter: Advanced Herbology

"Psst psst choka choka mu mu ah, psst muh a choka…Damn!"

"Ron, what the hell are you doing?" Hermione asked as she stared up from her book.

"What? Oh that. Just some stupid thing Ginny was trying to teach me over the summer…don't look at me like that, its not like we are having the most enthralling conversation!"

"Well Ron, for your information, I find Herbology a very interesting subject. As a matter of fact, I was thinking about taking an extra class of it of course it would be slightly more advanced to what your use to. What do you think Harry?"

"Eh? Oh no thanks…I'm full..." harry trailed off.

"Harry, are you even listening to me? I'm talking about taking an extra class…not FOOD!"

"AH." Harry screamed as he threw his Quidditch book half way across the library, and hit Colin in the head.

"Oh geez sorry Colin, that was an accident."

"Nice shot Harry!" Ron butted in

"Ohh…Harry, nice to see you…don't worry about that…I've got a head made out of steel I do, ha.ha.ha"

"Steel…? Aaahahahaa More like wood."

"Ronald!" screamed an embarrassed Hermione

It was only the 1st week back and Hermione was already thinking about taking an extra class, Ron was still in summer mode…half the time it sounded like he as trying to speak another language with his whole 'psst psst' thing, and Harry, well he was lost.

"I'm hungry, Harry come and have some lunch with me. Hermione you coming?"

"Yeah sure Ron, your stomach grumbling was distracting me anyway…I might as well eat when I cant study."

"What…ok Harry, let's go."

The three entered the Great hall, to find about 20 or so other Gryfinddors with similar appetites to Ron's…bottomless pits.

"Hey Hermione, Harry, Ron, what are you guys up to on this fine Sunday…day?" Ginny asked in an overly cheerful tone.

"Hey, nothing much Ginny, just the library studying. You?" replied Hermione

"Me? Well, not much…just it's a really beautiful day, don't you think so Harry?" she said with a sparkle in her eye.

"Sure it is Ginny, why don't you go outside and enjoy it…alone…away from us…by yourself." Laughed Ron

"Ron…don't be so mean." Harry said

Ginny smiled

"Ohh sorry Harry, I forgot, you might wanna join her…hahahaha."

"Actually I will." Harry said matter of factly

"So will I." Added Hermione

Then Harry, Ginny and Hermione left the great hall giggling.

"Hey guys…wait…I was just mucking around!" Ron called out as he grabbed some chicken and ran after them.
